WATCH: stacey dash gives her perspective as to how Romney tops Obama with his “genuineness” and “authenticity”. She states, “The need to be united and move forward…make money”. Also, how Paul Ryan showed her some love… ehhh.
at first I felt perhaps this was a publicity stunt. but after watching the clip, I feel the exact same way… (shocked stacey? as if…) regardless of your political opinions, one should have enough reasoning to know that color/race and politics will always associate with each other. america was built upon race politics. so her “surprised” reaction proves her disconnectedness with reality & the nation she lives in; something obviously her and romney share. not to mention her need for attention and acknowledgement. furthermore, even if this was strictly an act desperate of attention, and she in fact has no true allegiance to romney (or has no idea what she’s talking about), her choice of stunt reaffirms her stupidity. she was better off bleaching her skin or dying her hair blonde. perhaps then, she could have still kept her small disproportionate black fan base and much wanted attention to go with.
stacey, if you’re truly for uniting the country you wouldn’t be focused entirely on politics or elections. you’d be focused on the american people and the issues they face… using your twitter platform to address and assess the real problems and not as a tool of divisiveness and distractions. have 2 seats and 140 characters less please.
