wow. 21 year old chavis carter was found shot in the head while handcuffed in the back of a police car in jonesboro, arkansas. police officers claim that carter, while handcuffed behind his back, must have reached a hidden gun on his person and committed suicide.. in the police car.. after he was searched.. then arrested and handcuffed.. in the back of the police car. (excuse the redundancy while i process this bullshit ass story.) moreover, carter was found shot in the right temple even tho his mother says he was lefthanded. the officers involved are on administrative leave while the police department completes an investigation. so when is enough, enough? i’d say now. click the pic for the full story.
